We are thrilled to announce that True Paleo Inc launched the G-TRyP "Girls Trauma Recovery Program” FREE course.
The G-TRyP, a new nutritional trauma-informed personal recovery course, is a lifestyle recovery program that is aimed to support the transformation journey of female trauma victims and survivors of ages 15 and up through body-mind-spirit improvement training.
It focuses on understanding on trauma, emotions, fight and flight mechanisms, addiction, through a nutritional lens, while improving belief systems, building relationships, goal setting and practicing body-mind-spirit habits. The best thing about this program is, its specifically designed to inform and educate females on how build a recovery plan.
At True Paleo Inc., we support the nutritional health and well-being of individuals with lived trauma and help them rebuild their lives through holistic practices.
