Our Faith

People living with endocrine diseases or mental disorders due to trauma face significant lifestyle challenges. That's why True Paleo Inc embraces 9 Principles of Life that support medical nutrition therapy, lifestyle recovery, and food insecurity. Many of these principles resonate with natural living while following them through Christ, therefore, we don't adhere to one specific religious view or doctrine.

Across various tribes and contemporary societies, the recognition of a divine higher power remains a shared belief. And, we believe in individual autonomy, recognizing the right to personal belief systems and cultural perspectives that provide tools for a sustainable lifestyle. However, we still cultivate physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual growth through God's will (Body-Mind-Spirit), as the wisdom of holistic and nutritional choices underlines the path to improved health.

Friends in Nature

The 9 Principles of Life

Medical Nutrition Therapy in Clinical Research

  • Food Is Medicine: Valuing nature and the understanding healing properties provided by Earth, such as plants, meat sources, and water, provide nourishment to prolong life.  [Genesis 1:29, 9:3; Isaiah 1;8, 1:19, 17:6; Proverbs 15:17; Daniel 1:12; Numbers 11:5, 17:8; Job 30:4; Matthew 23:23, 13:31; Ezekiel 4:9; Leviticus 11:9]

  • Movement and Vitality: Embracing the inherent connection of engaging in dance, exercise, walking, and other forms of physical activity as a means to nurture vitality, promote well-being, and harmonize the energies that flow within us. [1 Corinthians 9:26; 1 Timothy 4:8; Hebrews 12:12; 2 Samuel 6:14]

Lifestyle Recovery

  • Supreme Divine Power: Recognizing the existence of a supreme divine power greater than us, which guides the universe and all life within it, without interference with one's free will to make their own choices. [Acts 9:3]

  • Transcendental Revelation: Ability to experience the journey of personal revelation, which acts as a path to self-reliance and divine understanding of our place in the universe, and the transformative shift from blindness to profound clarity. [Acts 26:17; John 9:25]

  • Purposeful Path: Understanding that each individual has a unique purpose within the grand design of existence and walks their own path. [Jeremiah 29:11; Ephesians 2:10; Proverbs 19:21]

  • Inner Divinity: Acknowledging the ability to unconditionally love yourself and all others, leading to a deeper connection for fostering personal growth. [John 13:34; Ephesians 4:2; 1 John 4:7; Romans 12:10]

  • Self-Empowerment: Recognizing that each individual possesses the innate ability to heal themselves. [Philippians 4:13; Joshua 1:9; 2 Timothy 1:7; 1 Corinthians 16:13]

  • Healing Modalities: Understanding the various pathways to treatment including peer support, medical interventions, and personalized holistic approaches. [2 Corinthians 3:17; Psalm 119:15; Romans 12:2; Jeremiah 17:14; Psalm 147:3; Proverbs 17:22; 2 Kings 20:7; Ezekiel 47:12; Revelation 22:2]

Food Insecurity

  • Accessible Nourishment: Acknowledging that access to nourishing food is a fundamental right for all individuals. This principle stands as a testament to ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to thrive physically, mentally, and spiritually. [Psalm 37:25; Psalm 104:14; Isaiah 58:10; Matthew 25:35; Psalm 146:7]
