Coastal Vibes Island Oil

Ingredients
  • 8 oz organic coconut oil

  • 1 large dried chipotle pepper, minced

  • 1 tsp rosemary, minced

  • 4 tbsp Coastal Vibes Seasoning

  • 2 oz water

Instructions

In a medium Sauce pan on medium heat, heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil until it glistens. Add chipotle peppers and cook until translucent or soft.

 

Add the rosemary and the Coastal Vibes Seasoning blend. Saute for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until almost all the water evaporates, leaving a paste. Remove from heat and add remaining oil.

 

Then remove sauce from pan and let sit at room temperature for up to 8 hours, preferably in a lidded jar. Shake occasionally to maintain mixture. When ready to use, strain into another container.
